Enjoy a relaxing and invigorating bicycle ride to the Green Prater in a small group! Practice Yoga under
a sunny sky or shade-providing trees. Get to know fellow partitioners over lunch, coffee or ice cream.

10:00 - Start riding towards Lusthaus at Prater

10:45 - Enjoy a Yoga class tailor-made for cyclists

11:45 - Ride back to Prater Hauptallee

12:00 - Feel free to continue riding or have lunch together at "Konstantin" next to the final stop of tramway line 1 and a coffee/drink/ ice cream at "Der Garten" or at "Eis Greissler".

The Yoga classes I have been teaching since 2011 in Vienna emphasize on focusing the mind, posture, body alignment, and physical sensations while observing and cultivating a calm respiration. I like to go into detail and use props (blocks, belts, blankets, or a wall) to help students gain a better understanding of their bodies on an experiential level and feel more connected. It’s been very fulfilling and humbling for me to accompany practitioners on their path to a healthier and more balanced life. Here at Manas Yoga, I teach yoga classes in German, English, and Spanish. Let’s practice, experiment, and grow together in a safe and joyful space.
