This special couples’ session creates a space to (re)connect with your partner – mind, body & soul. Through gentle movements, partner massages, breathwork & fun exercises to spark laughter, you’ll nurture & cherish each other while deepening your bond.

Take this time to celebrate your relationship, leave distractions behind & focus entirely on one another. You’ll leave feeling closer & more in tune, be even more grateful for your unique connection.

Ice Bath: 2-5°C

Both of you need to sign up. Please only sign up in pairs of two as there will be many partner exercises.
