This workshop includes a 20 minute full body warm.up with upper body mobility exercises. You will learn the technique of the iconic old school movements as walks, orbits, turns and switches and how to make them look smooth, controlled and sensous; just like a cat moving around.

Perfect for all pole dancers who want to improve and level up their foundations and stability.

Bis 4 Wochen vor den Workshops können die jeweiligen Plätze kostenfrei storniert werden. Danach kann nur von der Teilnehmerin selbst um Ersatz geschaut werden, dabei unterstützen wir gerne.

Workshops with guest trainers can be cancelled until 4 weeks before the workshop. After this it is not possible to cancel but we will help to look for a subsitute for the paid slot.
