Acroyoga Intermediate PLUS Course (LEVEL 4)

Welcome to our 14 weeks Intermediate Plus course, the continuation of our work from the Intermediate course. 

We will explore new pops, start with icarians, the basics of h2h, extended f2h, first whips and more funky and tricky transitions in washing machines and flows. 

This course if for acroyogi*nis who have mastered the pre-requisites below.

Starting on the 7th of January, we will offer a 14-week-series on Tuesday evenings to create fun acroyoga sequences together and bring your skills to the next level!

Classes are 90 minutes long (19:00-20:30) and take place at our studio: Loquaiplatz 11/1C, 1060 Wien.

You don't need a partner to join!

Class Dates (TUESDAYS, 19:00-20:30): 

January: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th

February: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

March: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

April: 1st, 8th

Special Guest Teachers: in the week from February 24th-28th, international acroyoga stars Pri & Anna will come to sub classes at the studio - so one of your sessions will be with these whips & icarian masters!

Classes will build on each other but depending on availability you can also join for a drop-in.

Pre-requisites: In order to follow the class you should be familiar with at least 80% of the following pre-requisites. You should be able to do them as a base OR as a flyer, it can be with a spotter for mental support/extra safety, but the spotter is not helping to hold or enter the pose. Please reach out to us if you're unsure about your level:

• Ninja Star & Four Step
• pop bird to bird and American chair to American chair
• low and extended foot-to-hand
• ballerina
• other basic pops (e.g. chair to whale and back, bird to straddle and back)
• all stars (star, side star, reverse star) 

Energy exchange:

295€ for 14 classes (21€/class)

165€ for 7 classes (first half or second half) (23€/class)

26€ drop-in (single class)
