ABSOLUTE BEGINNER COURSE - Vienna ab 01.03.2024

The Absolute Beginner Course (ABC) is perfect for you if you have absolutely no experience dancing in high heels or dancing in general, and you want to learn everything before joining our weekly open heels classes. We completely understand, and that's why we've created the perfect solution for you to finally feel like the confident king or queen waiting to be unleashed!

This course takes you through 5 weeks of attentive training, covering all the basics, essential knowledge, and tools you need, combined with the wonderful support to help you reach your personal goals. We are here for you, and we want you to be there for yourself too. Together, we have curated a totally beginner-friendly yet effective program for these 5 sessions of 2 hours each, designed to build upon each other for a coherent learning experience and maximum growth.

Some of the topics covered include: mindset, body posture, walking, dance vocabulary, full-body conditioning, heels technique, musicality, performance, essential power moves, and how to execute them properly, so it all makes sense to you. Now is your time to shine!
