Intermediate Acroyoga: August Mini-Series

In this mini-series we share intermediate flows and washing machines containing funky transitions and the occasional pop - come by to learn new moves and how to link familiar poses into fun sequences with different entries and exits.

You don't need a partner to join! In this class, we will work together in varying teams so while you are very welcome to come as a couple it is not necessary to be paired up in advance.

Please note that this class is not for beginners - we expect you to be able to do at least 80% of the following poses as a base or as a flyer (can be with spotter for safety, but not to hold the pose):

• ninja star washing machine
• bat to star, star to bat
• Reverse Star (any entry)
• Side Star (can be with hands)
• you have tried Foot to hand

Level: Intermediate. Options will be available to make certain transitions easier or harder!

Energy exchange:

5-class-series: 90€ (18€/class)

Single Class (drop-in): 25€
