50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to elevate your Yin Yoga practice and teach students of all levels. Learn the principles of Yin Yoga, explore beginner and advanced poses, and discover how to guide your students in a safe and systematic manner, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the practice. This training offers 20 hours of self and group study, allowing you to deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga at your own pace.

This is a 50-Hour Yoga Alliance certified Training which counts towards continuing education hours with the Yoga Alliance International (YACEP).
