Rapé Ceremonies are a traditional ritual from the Brazilian Rainforest, preserved for centuries by its natives and in recent times has been rediscovered thanks to the diffusion of South American Shamanism. Rapé itself is a sacred medicine which consists of powdered tobacco (snuff) and ashes made of tree barks and other plants. After an evocation of the forest spirits, Rapé is applied with the use of a "tepi", an instrument used to blow Rapé into the participant's nose. Then a journey within starts, that opens one up to insights, inner guidance and intuition. 

What to expect: 

• Relaxation practice with Yoga nidra Elements
• Introduction of the medicine and its effects
• Grounding in a ritual space
• Opening the senses and setting an intention
• Breathwork practice to cleanse the energy channels for the medicine to enter
• Individual short interviews & connection with the plant
• Individual sessions of blowing the medicine with a special tool (pipe) through the nose

The journey starts: The Rapé activates the hippocampus in the brain and the inner healer that will search for disblances in the physical body and mind as well as disallignments of the soul path.
