Aisling Ní Cheallaigh - Hoop Choreography - ADVANCED/PROFESSIONAL

Join Aisling for their Aerial Hoop Choreography workshop where you will spin, spiral, roll and slide your way through two hours of original choreography.

Level Requirements:

1.The ability to invert without jumping off the floor (straight arms are NOT a requirement)

2. A familiarity with aerial hoop vocabulary

3. A practise of moving in a hoop while spinning

4. The ability to hold a meathook on both sides.

5. A familiarity with flaring into the hoop (or on anther apparatus like straps).
