Caterina and Francesco will guide you into this technical workshop to discover and improve your vocabulary on aerial straps.

We will explore and dig through the mechanics of figures and transitions, working on progressions based on everyone's level, in order to equip you with the tools needed to practice safely and enjoyably on your own. Whether you are new to straps or come from a solid practice, we will give you tips to refine what you’ve got and to go further!
