Ariadna Vendelova - Essential technique for silks - Beginner/Intermediate

This workshop is suitable for starting aerialists, those who come back after a long break from aerial, or intermediate (even advanced) students who want to deepen their understanding of what it means / how it feels for our body to be in the air with pleasure. We will work on the essentials of hanging and climbing, and clean our technique of footlocks, inversions, and hip key positions, including the works of our breath and articulation of the spine and joints. On a nice sequence, we will practice these principles and find our solid foundation for movement on silks. Grounding ourselves in this practice, falling in love with aerial :)   Prerequisites: At least a few aerial classes taken, ability to climb off the ground once, invert in a hammock.
