Ariadna Vendelova - Crossback sequencing and creativity on silks - Intermediate

In this workshop, we will be presented with several pathways in and out of a cross-back position and creatively develop our own material upon that. We will play with the technique, juiciness, and variability of inversions, as well as with the expressive potential of our body creating shapes and movement compositions in the air. Tapping on the topic of belays too, the workshop will be a mix of deep quality technique work with artistic and creative spark upon it.      Prerequisites: Ability to climb a silk and invert in the air. Hip-key and any foot lock.
