Ariadna Vendelova - The inspiring spiral - technique and sequencing - Intermediate/Advanced

In this workshop, our work will spiral around the inherent capacity of our breath, spine, and joints to articulate movement and draw the natural sequence of a spiraling, circulative dance phrase, binding movements together in a river-like flow. We will work creatively on some s-wraps, tension locks, hip key locks, drops, and passes, listening to the guidance of the Spiral on the micro and macro levels. Technique and deep diving, conscious drills to strengthen our technique included.       Prerequisites: To climb, do a hip-key and a foot lock. Experience with basic drops. Ability to invert in the air comfortably and work in the air for min. of 3 continuous minutes.
