One Nation Box & HIIT is a high-intensity, full-body workout that fuses non-contact boxing (including bag work, mitt drills, partner work, and shadow boxing) with explosive HIIT and Metcon exercises. This powerful session is designed to incinerate calories, boost endurance, and build total-body strength. You'll combine dynamic boxing combinations with functional movements, all set to heart-pounding beats that drive you to push your limits. No prior boxing experience is required – we welcome all fitness levels! Gloves and hand wraps are available for rent or purchase, but trust us, once you try it, you'll want your own for the long run.
