YogaKula Vienna(DE) Pilates ist ein Ganzkörper-Training mit besonderem Fokus auf Körpermitte oder Beckenboden. Daher ist Pilates auch ideal als Rückbildung nach der Schwangerschaft. Es kräftigt den Beckenboden, Bauch und Rückenmuskulatur. Du musst keinen Babysitter organisieren: Babys (bis zum Krabbelalter) können gerne mitgenommen werden. Jedoch ist die Stunde so konzipiert, dass du die Übungen alleine machst und das Baby nicht aktiv in die Übungen eingebunden ist. Es liegt neben auf einer Krabbeldecke und du kannst jederzeit das Baby in den Arm nehmen. Ab wann? Ca. 6-8 Wochen nach einer normalen Geburt, bzw. ab ca. 8-12 Wochen nach einem Kaiserschnitt. Papas sind auch herzlich willkommen. (EN) Strengthen, realign and get back into shape after having a baby and prepare for the new demands of motherhood. Pilates workout is developed to target particular muscle groups problem areas that mothers face after pregnancy. It is recommended that you wait a minimum of six weeks after delivery to start exercising again. If you have had a cesarean section, we recommend that you wait eight to twelve weeks before starting postnatal Pilates. You are welcome to take your baby with you :-)

Class Attendance Guidelines Our doors open 15 minutes before each class. Please avoid arriving significantly earlier, as our trainers are focused on their previous clients. However, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to allow enough time for changing and settling in. For safety reasons, our doors will be locked once the class begins, and unfortunately, trainers cannot accommodate late arrivals. Studio Policies We embrace a shoe-free environment. Please take off your shoes upon entering and leave them in the designated area or in your locker. We recommend wearing grippy socks during class, which are available for purchase in our studio shop. Please be aware that we have a strict no-barefoot policy at JUNE. We kindly ask you to bring your own socks (grip or non-grip) to class.
