How would it feel, to explore the dance of a moving meditation? In this 90-minute practice, we create a safe space for ourselves to explore, feel and reflect on the sensations and emotions that move through our physical body. Guided by mindful movement teacher Steph Cusack, a series of gentle breath practices lead into fluid movement sequences that blur the line between soft-as-clouds yoga and somatic healing. A slow dance that feels like moving through honey, to allow for the free-flow of emotions, regulating our nervous systems with an easy, effortless breath. An extended relaxation offers time for lingering in the safe space we have created, and Steph's guided meditation allows us to close the sacred practice - a moment to individually reflect, invite acceptance of our emotions and collective self-compassion.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Steph Cusack is a teacher, mentor and founder of well-being collective Onward, helping individuals and teams over the past decade to live more fully, feel more deeply and think more creatively every day. In addition to her passion for hosting retreats and workshops, Steph has spent the last four years guiding her signature Onward Mentorship: a holistic 6-week program for movement teachers and well-being entrepreneurs to develop confidence in their craft.
