Heart Breath is an event designed to release emotional stress, to rebalance the senses and to reconnect with the heart. Through Meditation, Live Music and the power of Holotropic Breathing you will be guided into a deeper journey of self-discovery beyond time and space. Felipe will also offer a Cacao Ceremony with his own ceremonial cacao from his permaculture farm in Costa Rica. Please bring your favourite cup for the Cacao Ceremony!
