Hatha Flow Yoga Workshop beiAcroyoga Vienna
The magic of repetition: join us for the powerful ritual of doing 108 sun salutations.
Hannah & Alexis will guide you through this moving meditation at the Acroyoga Vienna Studio.
The practice creates a lot of heat and is said to serve as a purifying ritual - perfect for the start of 2025!
At the end, we will let the effects sink in with a nourishing sound bath.

please note that this practice is not suitable for complete beginners. We recommend having done Hatha/Vinyasa yoga a few times before. That being said, 108 salutes can more doable and empowering than they might sound, so if you’re unsure whether to come, simply try it out 😊
