Description:

I strongly believe in the fact that the space around us, the things we are surrounded by have an huge impact on how we feel, how we act and how we move.

S P A C E is something we put a lot of effort into on our retreats, but also I always dreamed of wide spaces to do yoga.

LEOPOLD MUSEUMs ATRIUM is such a place. Museums have this special energy. Clear, no dettatchments, just s p a c e. Loooooots of space for creativity, imagination and thoughts.

Let’s move together in this freedom of space, make our bodies our canvas to create something new and brilliant, maybe messy!

YOGA AT LEOPOLD MUSEUM

Adam will commence the workshop with a deep, controlled vinyasa practice, designed to explore restricted parts of the body at depths we rarely explore, via long holds and dynamic movement. Once the physical body is unwound, you’ll be invited to get under a blanket and completely relax, as Holly guides you into a deeper state of peace. Holly will take you on a journey of ethereal sounds, where healing vibrations and sensations from beautiful instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes and voice, will weave their magic over and through you.

Adam Husler has taught his unique style of non-dogmatic yoga in over 60 locations across 20 countries, fulled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’. Holly Husler has gone from performing at the London O2 stage to an audience of 20,000 people in her girl-band days, to singing healing mantras and playing magical instruments to seas of sleeping yogis at events, festivals and teacher trainings across the globe.

The LEOPOLDMUSEUM, with over 8,000 artworks, houses one of the world’s most important collections of Austrian art, focusing on the second half of the nineteenth century and subsequent Modernism.
