We invite you to a weekend full of movement! This event is designed as a 2-day urban retreat in the heart of Vienna. You'll be spending the day doing acroyoga, yoga and inversion workshops, connecting with other people and then sleeping in the comfort of your own home before returning for another day! If you can only join for either Saturday or Sunday there's the option to book a one-day-ticket.

Get ready for morning yoga sessions, acroyoga flows and partner exercises, inversion workshops, games and group activities. To round off the day we'll end with relaxing practices like yin yoga, therapeutic flying and Thai massage.

Acroyoga level: beginner and intermediate. The workshops will be tailored to the group's level with progressions and variations.

You are most welcome to join if you've never done acroyoga before - we'll teach you the basics and you might surprise yourself with what's possible in just two days. Of course you can also join if you are already experienced, we'll introduce you to new washing machines and creative flows :)

Important: you don't need a partner to join! Come on your own and find new friends to train with. That being said it can be beautiful to bring a friend, partner or siblings to try something new together.

Yoga and inversion workshops are open level. If you have any doubts about whether you can join, send us a message and we'll talk about it.

What to expect:

- up to 6 hours of workshops each day - thoughtful yoga sequence, warm up and techniques to keep your acro practice sustainable - group activities and games to connect with the other participants - new acro flows and creative movement - in-depth workshops to get upside down in headstand, handstand and forearm stand - delicious snacks and tea for in between - cool down and (partner) stretches- introduction to Thai massage - introduction to therapeutic flying (lunar acroyoga)

Location: we'll be training in the beautiful room of Coming Hooomm (Praterstraße 70/8, 1020 Wien, Austria)

Preliminary timetable:

• 10:00-11.00 morning yoga
• 11.00-11.30 getting to know eachother & snack break
• 11.45-13.30 acroyoga workshop** lunch break **
• 15:30 - 17.00 inversion/acroyoga workshop
• 17.00 - 18.30 relaxation (Yin, Thai massage, therapeutic flying)

Who are we?

Hannah & Alexis, passionate about yoga, acroyoga and bringing people together. In September 2022, we founded Acroyoga Vienna and have hosted more than 100 acroyoga classes and workshops in Vienna since. Our aim is to share our love for the beautiful art of balancing each other and connecting with new people in Vienna.

Places are limited to make sure we have enough space to train.

As this is a non-residential retreat please make sure you have accommodation if you come from outside of Vienna. We'll be happy to help you organise something.

Please note that lunch & dinner are not included, but we will provide healthy and yummy snacks. You can bring your own lunch to eat at the venue or go to one of the many restaurants available in the neighbourhood.
