In dieser Einheit treffen wir uns im Kreis um gemeinsam bewusst und mit offenem Herzen in das neue Jahr zu starten. Wir chanten gemeinsam hochschwingende Mantras, die die Kraft haben, den Geist frei zu machen und dich mit deiner Weisheit und Kraft des Herzens verbinden.
Aus diesem Zustand heraus gehen wir nach Innen und setzen uns kraftvolle Intentionen für das neue Jahr, die uns eine Ausrichtung schenken und tragen.

In this session, we meet in the circle to consciously start the new year together with an open heart. We will chant high vibrational mantras together that have the power to clear the mind and connect you to your wisdom and power of the heart.
From this state we go inward and set powerful intentions for the new year, that give us direction and support us.
