Ich verbinde mein Wissen aus dem Anthropologiestudium über Kultur und Gesellschaft die Inspirationen von meinen Jahren in Ozeanien, Indien & Griechenland mit meinem Wissen als Yogalehrerin und Klangalchemistin. Meine tiefe Hingabe zum Halten von inspirierenden Räumen bringt mir innere Stille, welche ich jedem Lebewesen von Herzen wünsche. Ich lade die Menschen dazu ein, in meinen Räumen ihr Wesen zu ergründen. Atemtechniken und Klangmeditationen regen zum Träumen an - Menschen, die gut träumen können, sind dem Glück ein großes Stückchen näher. Für mich sind Klang, Atemtechnik und Yoga untrennbar miteinander verbunden und werden in meinen Yogastunden stets ganzheitlich integriert.

-Ausgebildete Yoga Lehrerin, Künstlerin

Nach meiner Vinyasa Yoga Lehrer-Ausbildung auf Mallorca 2022 und der Gründung meines eigenen Unternehmens 2023, habe ich eine besondere Methode entwickelt, die meditative Aspekte des Yoga mit kreativen Kunsttechniken verbindet. In meinen Alltag zeichne ich auf Wänden, bei Veranstaltungen und auf Hochzeiten, immer mit einem Fokus auf den Comic/Doodle-Stil.

Mein Ziel ist es, nicht nur meine Kunstwerke zu teilen, sondern auch den Entstehungsprozess dieser Werke. Deshalb möchte ich in meinen besonderen Kunstkursen den meditativen Aspekt des Zeichnens hervorheben und diese Zeit als kreative und zugleich unterhaltsame Stunde gestalten.

Auf der Jagd nach Ausgleich! Egal ob Yoga, Sound Healing oder Wanderungen - Weil mehr Energie ein Mindset ist. Bei uns im Zirbenwald am Bergsee passiert absolutes Runterkommen und Transformation fast von allein. Also lassen wir gemeinsam los und spüren die Kraft der Natur gleichsam wie die Energie der wundervollen Menschen, die zu uns finden. WILLKOMMEN beim Jägerwirt!
Gerne dürfen Sie nach oder vor ihrem Kurs unseren Spa- und Saunabereich nutzen. Dort sind 4 Saunen und ein Dampfbad vorhanden. Sowie zwei Schwimmbecken, Duschen und Umkleiden finden Sie auch dort. Auf nachfrage an der Rezeption, erhalten Sie, Ihre Karte um den Bereich im Vollen ausmaß nutzen zu dürfen. Die Stunde kostet 10,00€ - jede weitere 15min. werden mit 5,00€ berechnet. Alle Kurse finden mit einer mindest Teilnehmeranzahl von 6 Personen statt.
Parkplätze sind für unsere Teilnehmer vorhanden.
Eigenes Equipment ist nicht erforderlich. Dieses darf gerne ohne Preisaufschlag ausgeliehen werden. Vorhanden ist: · Matten · Kissen · Decken
Sie können Ihre gebuchten Kurs/Wanderung leider doch nicht wahrnehmen? Das geht in Ordnung. Bitte Stornieren Sie 24 Stunden vor dem gebuchten Termin und Ihre schon getätigte Transaktion wird kostenfrei erstattet. Absagen nach 24 Stunden müssen wir leider vollständig in Rechnung stellen.
