    Das ist hier das Motto. Im Laufe der Jahre hat sich bei soundcycle eine Community gebildet, die immer wieder gerne für ein paar Stunden mit dem Trainerteam dem Alltag entkommt.

    Alle unsere TrainerInnen sind nach höchsten internationalen Standards ausgebildete Cycling Instructors.

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Effektives Training - Motivation - Spass und gute Stimmung. Das zeichnet soundcycle aus. Die rides sind für Anfänger wie Profis gleichermassen geeignet und bieten ein perfektes Cardiotraining mit hohem Kalorienverbrauch. Bei soundcycle wurde eine Atmosphäre schaffen, in der sich jeder geschätzt, akzeptiert und respektiert fühlt. Und Freude an der Bewegung hat! Das einzigartige wireless Soundsystem wird dich begeistern! Die Lautstärke der Musik bestimmst du selbst, um dir stets ein angenehmes Training zu ermöglichen.
    Sei bitte unbedingt rechtzeitig (ca. 15 - 20 Minuten vor Beginn der Einheit) im Studio. Nur so ist ein stressfreier Einstieg in Dein Training sicher! Das gibt uns die nötige Zeit, um Dir in Ruhe die Einstellungen des Rads für ein sicheres und wirkungsvolles Training erklären.
    Trinkflasche und ein kleines Handtuch, dass Du aufs bike mitnehmen kannst. Das ist während der Stunde recht angenehm. Denn Du wirst schwitzen :-) Radschuhe (bitte mit SPD-Cleats) & Radhose werden empfohlen, sind aber nicht notwendig. Duschen und Garderoben (D / H getrennt) vorhanden.
    Du kannst deine Buchung bis 12 Stunden vor Beginn des rides kostenlos stornieren. Auch danach kannst du deine Reservierung noch stornieren, es erfolgt allerdings keine Rückerstattung Deines verwendeten Credits.
