    Bringe wieder Regelmäßigkeit in deinen Trainingsalltag und das bequem von Zuhause! Du bist blutiger Anfänger oder schon länger dabei, aber hast keine Routine mehr? 1 Monat Tabata Sessions mit Madeleine - danach schaffst du es allein!

    Das Training besteht hauptsächlich aus Bodyweight-Übungen, jede Woche gibt es einen anderen Schwerpunkt: Bauch / Beine / Arme / Core / Po uvm. Coole Musik - lockere Stimmung, hocheffizient und kurz! 30 Minuten - 3x / Woche und du schaffst innerhalb eines Monats deine erste Liegestütz! Ohne Drill aber mit jeder Menge Sweat & Smile!

    Sweat and Smile bedeutet:

    • Einfühlsamkeit und richtiges Motivieren

    • Spaß und Humor

    • Das Gefühl haben, mit Freunden zu trainieren

    • strategisches Zusammenstellen der Trainings, abgestimmt auf die Gruppe

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Lege dir bitte schon vorher einen Zoom Account zu. Eine Matte und eine gefüllte Trinkflasche benötigst du für das Online Training. Den Rest erledigt Madeleine für dich! Ebenso kannst du dich gerne auf ihrer Homepage über ihre bisherigen Referenzen informieren.
    Du benötigst online ebenso nur eine Matte, eine Trinkflasche und ein kleines Handtuch. Bei Outdoor Veranstaltungen bitte ebenso eine eigene Matte mitzubringen.
