I always thought I just didn't like yoga - until I joined Sarah's 7am class a few months ago. She really managed to get me into it and I tried (almost) all the other classes as well. Thegoodgym have somehow hired the perfect teachers and trainers and I have loved every single class I have done there - from barre to candlelight yoga. And you guys also made me stick to a proper routine for the first time ever! Thank you so much and see you soon🩷
