I really enjoy having classes here. The space is nice and cozy, the teachers are supportive and helpful. I always leave feeling much better than I started. I especially love the pilates class with Maria, and now I tried a few other classes and I like it as well.

Very professional teachers. Nice environment. A lot of different classes to chose from. From relaxing to very intense. Classes not too crowded. A lot of personal attention (if you wish).

We’re excited to welcome you at The Yoga Loft! To help make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, here are a few things to know before you arrive: · Arrive a Little EarlyWe recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your class to get settled, familiarize yourself with the space, and meet your instructor. This way, you can start your practice feeling relaxed and ready. · What to BringComfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely is ideal. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it, though we have mats available for you to use if needed. · HydrationMake sure you're hydrated before class, and it's always a good idea to bring a water bottle with you. We have water stations available for your convenience. · Let Us Know Your NeedsIf you’re new to yoga, or if you have any injuries or special considerations, let your instructor know before class. They’re happy to offer modifications and make sure you have a safe, supportive experience. · Relax and EnjoyAt The Yoga Loft, there's no pressure to be perfect – the focus is on enjoying the practice and connecting with yourself. Breathe, move at your own pace, and most importantly, have fun! In case you booked an Aerial class remember to: · Do you have your own aerial silk? You're welcome to use it, just let us know in advance. · Wear a top or t-shirt with (short) sleeves. For hygiene reasons, sleeveless tops are not allowed during Aerial Yoga. · Remove your jewelry and make sure your clothing doesn’t have zippers or sharp edges. This helps prevent damage to the silks. In case you booked an Handstand Lab class remember to: · Experience Level - This class is designed for all levels, but having some basic upper body strength and familiarity with inversions is helpful. If you’re completely new to handstands or inversions, let the instructor know so we can offer extra guidance. · What to Wear - Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow free movement but won’t get in your way as you go upside down. Avoid loose or baggy clothing, as it can hinder your movements. · What to Bring - Please bring a towel, as you may work up a sweat! If you have wrist or shoulder concerns, you may also want to bring wrist supports. · Health and Safety - If you have any injuries, particularly involving your wrists, shoulders, or back, please let us know before the class. We’ll offer modifications to suit your needs. We look forward to seeing you soon. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!
