    Hallo,
    ich bin Kathrin

    Sport war schon immer meine Leidenschaft. Bis zu meinem 19. Lebensjahr habe ich Eiskunstlaufen als Leistungssport betrieben. Nach der allgemeinen und Spezial- Trainerausbildung an der Bundes-Sportakademie in Wien wurde aus meinem Hobby mein Beruf und ich habe mehrere Jahre als Eiskunstlauf-Trainerin gearbeitet.

    Neben dem Eiskunstlaufen habe ich mich auch immer schon für Fitnesstraining interessiert.

    Durch meine langjährigen Aufenthalte im Ausland (Australien, China und England) konnte ich bei diversen Fitnesstrainern viel Erfahrung sammeln und mein Wissen durch einige Fortbildungen erweitern und vertiefen.

    Jetzt möchte ich meine Erfahrung mit Ihnen teilen und sie auf Ihrem Weg zu einem fitteren und gesünderem Lebensstil begleiten.

    Mein Fitness- und Ernährungstraining bietet Ihnen eine perfekte Kombination aus Bewegung und Ernährung , die auf Ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse und Ziele abgestimmt sind.

    Liebe Train&Thrive-Familie, Bitte beachtet die Storno-Bedingungen. In der Eröffnungsphase waren wir flexibler bei Stornierungen und Rückerstattungen ohne die erforderliche Vorankündigung. Da wir ein kleines Studio sind, ist diesnicht nachhaltig. Wir wollen euch ein individuelles, qualitativ hochwertiges Training bieten. Das bedeutet, dass wir unsere Kurse niemals überbuchen. Bei kurzfristigen Absagen ist es nicht möglich, deinen Platz zu besetzen. Dies nimmt anderen Teilnehmern und uns als Studio Chancen. Damit dein Guthaben gutgeschrieben wird, beachten bitte folgende Voraussetzungen: Der Kurs kann bis zu 12 Stunden vor Kursbeginn direkt bei mir über die WhatsApp-App abgesagt werden und der Kurs wird dir gutschreiben. Bei Kursstornierungen innerhalb der 12-Stunden-Frist verfällt der Kurs. Vielen Dank für euer Verständnis - bei offenen Fragen bin ich jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen. Kathrin
